I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Currently, I work as an Outpatient Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator for a health system. I have also worked as a consultant dietitian providing one-one nutrition counseling to clients for general healthy eating, weight loss management, high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, food allergies and more!
I have a passion for integrative and holistic nutrition. I belivethat food can either be the most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. The foods we eat today are chemically processed and made from refined ingredients and artificial substances which are making us sick. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I had to reevaluate my own diet and rethink what I was taught as being “healthy.” I follow a 100% gluten free diet, a change I made as I began my own journey to healing my body.
My goal is to influence others to eat nourishing, nutrient dense whole foods to help them achieve optimal health. I personally strive to live healthfully, and I hope to guide others towards long-lasting wellness using a real whole food approach. I truly believe that taking charge of your health is one of the BEST investments you can make for yourself!
